What does the new IEQAS web service provide?The IEQAS web site (http://www.ieqas.org.uk) provides information and links about International EQAS services.
The IEQAS for Clinical Chemistry Online Results and Reports service provides an interface with a protected area of the web site (accessed by laboratory code and password, and using a secure encrypted web protocol) for:
How do I get access to this service?
All participants in the IEQAS for Clinical Chemistry are now registered for this service. Your Head of Department should have received a password which (together with your IEQAS laboratory code as username) will allow access; please read the accompanying guidance notes carefully before using the service. You can modify the password, and in fact we request you do this at regular intervals.
To connect to the service, simply click on the link on the IEQAS home page, then enter your lab code as username and your password.
I am registered but have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten or mislaid your password, please contact us by email web@ukneqas.org.uk requesting renotification. It is essential to include the IEQAS laboratory identifier code(s) concerned, your name, and your laboratory address for verification purposes. Your request will be dealt with in the next batch of renotifications. For security reasons, all notifications are sent by post and addressed to Head of Department

Enter your IEQAS laboratory identifier code as your username and then the password we provided
Note that the username is case-sensitive : eg username is 'J3001' - 'j3001' is not valid
Note that the password is also case-sensitive : 'A' is not valid for 'a' - all initial passwords were in lower case
